Price for a small car which can seat upto a maximum of 4 persons plus driver (tight fit) or 3 persons + driver (comfortable). For Large cars, ask the quotation.

Formula for the car tour cost calculation, do the following: (This does not include Hotels. We can do the hotels, but for that ask a separate quote)

1. Decide on the cities and route you want to do.

2. Calculate the exact number of Days you are doing the tour for. E.g. if you start on 1st January and finish on 5th January - this will be 5 days / 4 nights tour or 5 day tour of Rajasthan.

3. Calculate the total distance for the whole circuit. Please add more for the local tours.

4. Price of per day for a small air-conditioned standard car (1 drivers + upto 3 passengers) is Rs. 2000/- for a distance of 200 Kms. This much you have to pay.

5. Every additional Kilometer will be cost you Rs. 10/- per Km

6. Now if your tour is for 5 days, then the distance allowed is 5 x 200 = 1000 Kms. Price for these 5 days shall be 5 x 2000 = Rs. 10,000/-

7. Let us say, your whole 5 days tour circuit is of 800 Kms. You pay Rs. 10,000/-

8. Let us say, your whole 5 days tour circuit is of 1200 Kms. In this case you will travel additional 200 Kms. This will be Rs. 2000/- extra. So, total 5 days tour circuit car tour cost in this case shall be Rs. 12,000/-
